Mandy - 9 Months
Mandy's disability didn't stop her from being like any other youngster, as the picture shows, she could pick up a biscuit just like any other toddler, using her feet to do so was natural to Mandy

As you can see Mandy was a very determined youngster and her disability didn't stop her from doing and achieving what an able bodied child could achieve

Mandy met her husband Wayne in 1980 and they married a year later. They will be celebrating 25 years of marriage next year (2006) and are going to renew their wedding vows amongst close family and friends in August 2006

Mandy & Wayne on holiday in Ibiza. They go back to Ibiza every Summer and Mandy has now become a bit of a celebrity over there and has bookings to do a Clairvoyant show each time she goes on holiday

This photo was taken at Mandy's eldest daughter Nicola's wedding on 28th August 2004, her younger daughter Marie was Chief Bridesmaid. Mandy says that it was her and her husband Wayne's proudest day!

This photo is of Mandy and her brother Rob. Rob has composed a song for Mandy to open her shows with called "The Calling". The song is played five minutes before Mandy goes on stage as it relaxes her. Mandy's family are all very talented in many ways.

Mandy in her "Shed" Preparing for a Gathering

"The Shed", as Mandy calls it, is at the bottom of her garden and has been renovated for Mandy to hold her readings. It is a very tranquil place and her sister Jane (who is a spiritual drawer) has given Mandy many of her drawings to hang on the walls.

Mandy & Wayne was invited to a Ball in Ireland in honour of Kim (see pic) who is also thalidomide and was the Mayor at that time. Kim has arranged many shows and between her & Mandy they have raised thousands of pounds for various charities.

This was the last picture taken of Mandy's niece Sam & late nephew Lee together. Lee was murdered in 1988 aged 16. Mandy feels that Lee helps her in many ways through her work. Tradegy took Lee from their lives but he is never far from their thoughts and he will always be her special nephew whom she loves & adores.

Can you notice the orb that appears around Mandy? Mandy hopes that it was from her nephew Lee as Lee was Mandy's page boy at her wedding and she had asked Lee to give her a sign that he would be present at their celebration. Lee was murdered a long time ago aged 16!
